摘要
提出一种基于滞环控制的脉宽调制(PWM)整流器LCL滤波器设计方法,解决了该控制方式下输出开关频率不固定造成的滤波器选型困难问题。介绍了滤波器各参数的作用和设计原则,通过列举一个大功率风电变流器设计实例计算各参数值,再采用Maab软件对所设计的滤波器参数进行了仿真分析。在样机上进行实验验证,结果表明,所选滤波器能有效滤除系统的高次谐波,提高系统运行稳定性,谐波参数满足设计要求。
The pulse width modulation(FWM) rectifier LCL filter based on hysteretic control system is proposed which solves the problem of filter selection difficulty caused by output switching frequency can not be fixed.The functions and design principles of the parameter of the filter are introduced.A design example of high power converter is reported, the design method the LCL-filter parameters can be calculated, and the parameters are realized and tested by matlab simulation and experiments.The results show that the obtained LCL-filter can efficiently absorb high order current harmonics, improve the stability of system, satisfy the design require of harmonic parameters.
