摘要 低电感的永磁无刷直流电机(PM-BLDCM)采用基于空间矢量调制型直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)策略,可提高其两相导通时的转矩动态响应速度,但同时存在稳态转矩脉动较大的缺点。提出一种低转矩脉动的DTC策略。该策略利用定子磁链一步预测方法获得定子磁链误差。根据磁链误差与定子电压关系推导出导通两相线电压给定;借助空间矢量调制原理,精确控制导通两相线电压。实验结果表明,稳态转矩脉动明显降低。 The direct torque control based on space vector modulation(SVM-DTC) strategy for the permanent magnet brushless direct current motor (PM-BLDCM) with low inductance can improve the torque dynamic response of the PM- BLDCM,but it also has the large ripple of torque in steady state.Therefore,a DTC strategy for low torque ripple is proposed.The strategy uses one-step prediction method of the stator flux to obtain the stator flux error.According to the relationship between the flux error and the stator voltage,line voltage-given of conductive two-phase is deduced. By means of space vector modulation, the line voltage of conductive two-phase is controlled accurately.The experimental results show that the steady state torque ripple is obviously reduced.
