燃煤锅炉声波除灰高性能监控系统的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前电站燃煤锅炉积灰、结渣声波除灰技术自动化程度低、效率低等问题,采用PLC控制、除灰变频、网络集成及手机APP远程控制等方式作为核心技术,实现了锅炉声波除灰的本地和远程监控功能。现场实际应用证明该系统高效可靠。 Considering low degree of automation and poor efficiency of existing soot and slag-cleaning technol- ogies adopted for the coal-fired boilers in power plants, and through making use of core technologies like PLC control, soot cleaning at variable frequencies, network integration and the APP remote control, the local and remote monitoring of acoustic soot cleaning of boilers were realized. Actual application indicates that this sys- tem is efficient and reliable.
