升提止血汤口服加美沙拉秦栓纳肛治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效观察

Shengti Zhixue Tang Combined with Rectal Administration of Mesalazine Suppository in the Treatment of Ul- cerative Proctitis. Effect Observation

为观察升提止血汤口服加美沙拉秦栓纳肛治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效，将2012年2月至2016年10月我院收治的溃疡性直肠炎患者72例随机分为2组，每组各36例。治疗组采用升提止血汤口服加美沙拉秦栓纳肛治疗；对照组单纯采用美沙拉秦栓纳肛治疗。2组治疗3周为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，疗程结束后评定疗效。结果显示，总有效率治疗组为91．7％（33／36），对照组72．2％（26／36）；治疗组治疗后症状改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，升提止血汤口服加美沙拉秦栓纳肛治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效显著。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of Shengti Zhixue Tang（a Chinese medicine formula for arresting bleeding） plus rectal administration of mesalazine suppository in the treatment of ulcerative proetitis （UP）,randomly divided 36 cases of UP into treatment group and control one,36 cases for each; the former adopted above combination therapy, meanwhile the latter,only rectal administration of mesalazinc suppository, both groups all received 2 medical course（3 weeks〉（2） ,at treatment end their effects were compared and evaluated. As results, in total effective rate treatment group was significantly higher than control one（33/36,91.7%vs 26/36,72.2%,40, P 〈0.05）, and, in symptoms improved treatment group was superior to control one.Results show that Shengti Zhixue Tang plus rectal administration of mesalazine suppository has significant effect of treating UP.
