芩连五味汤内服与保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Qinlian Wuwei Decoction and Retention Enema in the Treatment of Anal Sinusitis

为观察中药芩连五味汤内服与保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效，将2010年6月至2016年12月，山东省枣庄市中医医院诊治的100例肛窦炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组60例，对照组40例。治疗组采用中药芩连五味汤内服与保留灌肠治疗，对照组采用甲硝唑及先锋霉素类保留灌肠治疗，对2组患者治疗1个疗程后的临床效果进行观察。结果显示，治疗组临床总有效率为91．7％（55／60），对照组为70．0％（23／40），治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组肛内肿痛、肛门坠胀、肛门黏腻、便意感增多等症状消失时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，芩连五味汤内服与保留灌肠治疗肛窦炎疗效显著。

In order to observe the clinical curative effect of Qinlian Wuwei Decoction（one kind of traditional Chinese medicine） and retention enema in the treatment of anal sinusitis, 100 patients with anal sinusitis who were diagnosed and treated in Zaozhuang hospital of TCM from June 2010 to December 2016 were ran- domly divided into treatment group（60 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The treatment group was trea- ted with Qinlian Wuwei Decoction for oral administration and Qinlian Wuwei Decoction for retention ede- ma.The control group was treated with metronidazole and cephalosporin for retention edema. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed after treatment for one course. As results that the clinical total cura- tive rate was 91.7% （55/60） in the treatment group and 70.0%（28/40） in the control group. The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The duration of disap- pearance of symptoms such as anal swelling, anal tenesmus, anal stickiness, and sensory gain in the treat- ment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group （ P〈0.01）.The results showed that Qinlian Wuwei Decoction for orally administration and retention enema has significant effect in the treat- ment of anal sinusitis.
