小儿推拿联合乳果糖口服治疗儿童功能性便秘70例疗效观察

Manipulation for Children Combined with Lactulose in the Treatment of Functional Constipation of Child- hood.Effect Observation on 70 Cases

为了观察小儿推拿配合乳果糖口服治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床疗效，将2014年1月至2015年12月武威市中医医院儿科门诊治疗的130例功能性便秘患儿，按随机数字表法分为观察组70例和对照组60例。对照组均予以常规基础治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用小儿推拿与口服乳果糖溶液，治疗3周后观察疗效。结果显示，观察组在症状体征积分方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组总有效率91．4％（64／70），优于对照组总有效率56．7％（34／60），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，小儿推拿配合乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘疗效确切，无明显不良反应。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of manipulation for children combined with lactulose solution in the treatment of functional constipation of childhood （FCC） ,randomly divided 130 cases of FCC who were outpatient from author＇s department into observation group （ n =70） and control one（ n =60）; the latter received routine basic medical management,the former adopted manipulation for ehildren plus o- ral laetulose solution based on basic treatment;both groups＂ medical course was all for 3 weeks,then their effect was observed and compared.As results,in the score rating on symptoms and signs,as well as in total effective rate（91.4%,64/70 vs 56.7%, 34/60） the former was all significantly superior to the latter, there was statistical significance in differece（ P 〈0.01）.Results show that manipulation for ehildren combined with laetulose solution for FCC has certain effect,and without significant adverse reaction.
