复方多黏菌素B软膏和太宁栓用于痔手术后换药的疗效观察

Compound Polymyxin B Ointment and Taining Shuan Applied to Postoperative Dressing Exchange of Hemor- rhoids： Efficacy Observation

为观察复方多黏菌素B软膏（孚诺）加复方角菜酸酯栓（太宁栓）用于痔手术后换药的临床疗效，将2014年6月至2016年6月，山东大学齐鲁医院青岛院区肛肠科收治的200例痔术后患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各100例。治疗组换药时常规清创消毒后，以复方多黏菌素B软膏（孚诺）创面涂抹加复方角菜酸酯栓（太宁栓）纳肛，予以凡士林纱条引流。对照组常规清创消毒后予以凡士林纱条引流。结果显示，治疗组的疼痛及水肿程度较对照组低（P〈0．05），治疗组创面愈合时间（28．15±4．02）d，短于对照组（33．53±4．17）d，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，应用复方多黏菌素B软膏（孚诺）创面涂抹加复方角菜酸酯栓（太宁栓）纳肛，于痔术后换药临床效果明显，可以减轻创面疼痛，水肿，促进创口愈合。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of compound polymyxin B ointment plus Taining Shuan（a formula for hemorrhoids, also named compound titanoreine suppository） used in postoperative dressing exchange of hemorrhoids, randomly divided 200 cases of hemorrhoids who had received surgery for their hemorrhoids in author＇s Qingdao branch area, coloproctological department from June 2014 to June 2016 yr. into treatment group and control one,100 cases for each;gave compound polymyxin B ointment plus Taining Shuan for dressing exchange （paint on wound-surface and by rectal administration） followed by petrolatum gauze strip for drainage to treatment group, while to control group after debridement and sterilization alone petrolatum gauze strip for drainage.As results,in pain and edema degree,and in wound- surface healing time treatment group was respectively lower and shorter （28.15±4.02） d vs （33.53±4.17） d than control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.Results show that compound polymyxin B ointment for painting wound-surface and Taining Shan rectal administration in postoperative dressing exchange of hemorrhoids has clinically significant efficacy, can relieve pain and edema of wound- surface, promote its healing.
