下消化道出血患者综合优质护理效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Quality Caring for the Patients with Lower Gastrointestinal Bleeding

为探讨综合优质护理在下消化道出血（LGIB）中的护理效果，为临床开展优质护理提供可靠的依据，将2014年12月至2016年11月，甘肃省武威市第二人民医院收治的94例下消化道出血患者，按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各47例。对照组实施常规护理措施，观察组实施综合优质护理，持续4周。分别于患者入院48h和1个月后对患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁障碍用sAs、SDS评分进行评估。结果显示，2组患者入院时均有不同程度的焦虑和抑郁障碍，sAs和SDS量表评分，2组患者差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随着治疗时间延长，患者SAS量表评分上升，SDS量表评分下降。治疗后观察组sAs评分值升高明显高于对照组，SDS量表得分值明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，治疗后患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁障碍均得到缓解，表明综合优质护理能明显改善患者的焦虑及抑郁，对促进患者恢复具有极为重要的意义。

This study was to provide reliable basis for clinically developing comprehensive quality care through investigating the efficacy of top notch caring for the patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding （LGIB） ,randomly divided 94 cases of LGIB who admitted in author＇s hospital from Dec. 2014 to Nov.2016 yr. into observation group and control one,47 cases for each; gave routine nursing to control group＇s pa- tients,while performed comprehensive quality care on observation group＇s patients, both groups received care for 4 weeks totally;and,evaluated patient＇s anxiety mood, depression disorder with score rating by u- sing SAS,SDS,at 48 h and 1 month after patients admitted.As results,when admitted both group＇s patients all felt anxiety and depression disorder at some degree, their SAS and SDS score rating did not have any statistical difference（ P 〈0.05）,along with time came SAS score rating points increased,but SDS one de- creased,even after treatment observation group＇s patient＇s SAS rating point more significantly increased than control one,SDS rating point more significantly lower than control one（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that quality care can significantly improve patient＇s anxiety and depression mood, which has very important sig- nificance on patient＇s rehabilitation.
