摘要
提出了一种基于PLL技术的宽带频率合成器,用作互调仪中的扫频源。借助ADIsimPLL完成了频率合成器中部分元件参数的确定,并进行整体可行性分析。利用ADF4355、PIC18F25K20等器件成功搭建频率合成器,经调试优化,最终符合设计要求。该频率合成器输出800MHz^2.6GHz的可调频率,输出功率≥4dBm,相位噪声优于-90dBc@10kHz。
A broadband frequency synthesizer based on phase-locked loop was presented to be used as sweep frequency source in PIM analyzer.Some component parameters of the frequency synthesizer were figured out by means of ADIsimPLL,and the feasibility of the whole system was analyzed.The frequency synthesizer was set up by using ADF4355、PIC18F25K20and some other components,and debugged and optimized to finally meet the design requirement.The frequency synthesizer has an adjustable frequency from 800 MHz to 2.6GHz with an output power no less than 4dBm and a phase noise better than-90dBC@10kHz.
