Career Planning Education in Application-oriented Universities

应用技术大学担负着为国家培养高层次应用型、技术型人才的重担,在对学生职业规划教育方面,还缺少系统性和针对性。政府在职业规划教育方面的主导地位不够鲜明,社会企业缺少与高校的有效沟通,高校重视度不够,学生职业规划意识淡薄,出现功利化现象,亟需各方面共同努力,致力于调整就业结构性失衡。

Application-oriented universities＂ efforts are insufficient in offering a systematic and proper career planning education to their students though they are required to provide highlevel application and technology-oriented talents for the country. Many different factors, like government ＇s vague roles in the field, enterprises ＇ineffective communication with universities, universities ＇ insufficient attention to the problem, students ＇ low awareness of and utilitarian attitudes on career planning, etc. have contributed to the issue, it suggests that all the parties concerned work together at adjusting the structural imbalance of employment.
