Strategies to Improve University Students' Practical Capabilities

当今社会竞争日益激烈,加强和培养大学生实践能力已成为高校必须面临的问题。大学生实践能力较弱,与高校的实际指导、课程设置、师资力量、实践教学、大学生自身意识等方面都有关系,需要高校从强化服务、加强师资队伍建设、深化教学改革、完善社会实践体系、激发大学生自身实践意识等方面做出积极努力。

Fierce competition in current society requires that a university have to improve its students′ weakness in practical capabilities owing to insufficient practical instructions, curriculum, faculty and practical teaching as well as their own low self-consciousness about it. This requires that a university have to make great efforts to improve its service quality, reinforce the construction of teaching team, deepen the teaching reforms, perfect the social practical system and stimulate students′ enthusiasm for social practice.
