民间传统体育多是一种游戏类的体育项目,对学生的体育精神培养具有重要的作用。随着体育课程改革的进一步推进,越来越多的民间传统体育项目融入到学校体育课程中。本文首先探讨民间传统体育融入到学校教育体制的意义和可行性,然后分析民间传统体育融入学校教育的策略,以推动民间传统体育在学校体育教育中的发展和运用。

Traditional sports, though often taken as games, are of importance for the cultivation of students/ sportsmanship. As the reform of sport courses is furthered, more and more of these sports have been introduced to school physical education. The paper discussed the significance and practicability of such a practice and then made an analysis on the strategies to help with the integration, aiming to improve the development and application of these traditional sports in sports education in schools.
