实战条件下岸导训练效能评价研究

Research on evaluation of shore based trops' training efficacy under actual combat environment

针对实战化条件下的训练需求,分析了岸导部队的作战特点和作战训练效能综合评价的影响因素,建立了岸导部队作战训练效能评估指标体系,并用层次分析法评估岸导训练的效能。构建了4层次(分别是目标层、准则层、子准则层和待评估层)的训练效能评估模型,其中准则层包括兵力搜索能力、兵力攻击能力、海区环境条件等3个因素,子准则层包括敌情通报情况、搜索装备选择、目标威胁判断等14个因素。以某岸导部队对海区目标舰艇进行搜索、攻击训练为例,说明层次分析法在岸导作战训练评估中的应用。

According to the training needs under actual combat environment,this paper analyses influential factors of comprehensive evaluation of shore based troops＇ combat training efficacy and operational characteristics.The shore based forces operational effectiveness evaluation index system has been established,and the shore based troops＇ combat training efficacy has been studied by means of analytic hierarchy process（AHP）method.The evaluation and application of the model are carried out with the training of shore based troops.
