Research on practical innovation for missile control and testing in actual combat training

为持续推进海军航空工程学院"向实战聚焦,向部队靠拢"的教改工程,以导弹控制与测试实战化演练保障实践创新为研究对象,将军民融合发展战略、创新驱动发展战略与装备演练保障实践创新相结合,立足任务牵引、人才培养、装备使用保障和能力培养,构建了"院校-装备承制单位-部队"三位一体、深度融合、递进发展的教学保障体系,为院校装备教学与实战化演练保障提供了借鉴与参考。

In order to promote the education reform for focusing on the actual combat and closing up to the troops,the colleges,contractors and forces three-in-one fusion development educational guarantee system was analyzed and constructed based on the problem of equipment combat training in the missile control and test major,combined with the civil military integration development strategy and innovation driven development strategy with practical innovation on the equipment combat training.It provides references for the equipment teaching and practical training of troop colleges.
