军事训练场馆建设的模式化研究

Research on mode of constructing military training facilities

为贴近军队实战要求,提高院校军事训练场馆的服务保障能力,采用将军事训练场馆作为一个保障实体交予使用方集中管理的模式,提出以教学训练为中心,拓展院内、院外两级功用,坚持重点突破与整体推进相结合、硬件建设与软件服务相结合、长远发展与立足当前相结合的3项原则,开展框架搭建、条件使用、管理实施、资源开发等4类工程;提出加强军地融合的军事训练场馆建设、发展与集约化运行的思路和措施。

In order to press close to the army combat requirements and improve service support capability of colleges and universities military training venues,adopting the military training venus as a safeguard entity to use of the centralized management mode,this article puts forward to teaching and training as the center,expands hospital outside two levels of hospital function,adheres to the key breakthrough with the whole advancement,hardware construction and software services,long-term development and the combination of the three principles,based on the following four kinds of engineering combination：the current implementation framework structures,conditions of use,management,and resource development,and strengthens the fusion of military training venue construction,development and intensive operation ideas and measures.
