This paper analyses the basic circumstance of guaranteeing the system to commence from the foreign sergeant training guarantee system.The aim is to investigate the content,characteristics and regulation of our army sergeant troops occupational education for perfecting our army sergeants＇ troops occupation educational system to provide the theoretical support and references.
