摘要 以落实"向实战聚焦、向部队靠拢"的要求,遵循人才培养规律,以作战指挥能力培养模式转型为抓手,以兵棋推演组织实施为主线,以兵棋系统建设为支撑,将理论学习、战例研究、想定作业、综合演练融为一体,突出战例研究、想定作业等实践环节,通过解决想定课题设置、组织实施流程、考核量化评估、作业编组方式等重点、难点问题,实现"以作战指挥能力培养为核心"的教学保障资源建设的目的。 In order to meet the requirements for the education in the military academies to "Focus on actual combat and move closer to the army"and find out the shortcomings in the training of the students' commanding ability in the junior post education institutions,this paper follows the laws of cultivating talents.By taking the transformation of the combat command ability training mode as the starting point,the organization implementation of the war-game deduction as the main line,and the construction of the war-game system as the support,the theoretical study,the case study,the planned operations and the comprehensive drilling are integrated as a whole.The focus is placed on the practical links such as the case study of wars,planned operations, etc. Through the design of the planned operations, process of organization implementation,quantitative assessment,the operation grouping mode,etc.,the purpose for the construction of teaching support resources based on"Combat command ability training as the core"is achieved.
