摘要
为了提高实验教学质量,结合军校实验教学改革与管理情况分别从实验室的基础建设、教学改革、教员队伍和教学管理4个方面进行了分析。根据教学中存在的几种问题,以教学改革工程为抓手,通过实验教学改革,加强教员队伍建设和实验室管理,取得了一定的成效。
In order to improve the quality of the experimental teaching,combined with the actual situation of experimental teaching and management in military academies,it is proposed to make efforts in the following four aspects：laboratory construction,teaching reform,teaching team and laboratory management.According to the existing problems in teaching,some results have achieved through the experimental teaching reform,and strengthening the construction of teaching team and laboratory management.
