摘要 本文应用综合标准化思想开展顶层设计,采用本体理论对油气管道标准化对象及要素进行提取、梳理,同时对标准之间的关系进行优化组合,构建了包括运行原则、管道线路等若干个专业、百余项标准的油气管道标准一体化架构,充分开展了对标优化和经验总结,建成了全面覆盖油气管道业务及全生命周期的一体化标准体系。该体系与国际知名管道公司标准体系建设模式接轨,涵盖了油气管道工程建设和运行管理全生命周期,这是油气管道企业标准体系建设的全新尝试。 Based on comprehensive standardization ideas, this paper extracts and combs through the standardization objects and elements of oil & gas pipeline with ontological theories and optimizes and combines the relationship among standards, constructs an integrated framework of oil & gas pipeline standards covering more than 100 standards in multiple specialties such as operation principles and pipeline and pipeline route, establishes an integrated standard system completely covering oil & gas pipelines business and full lifecycle based on benchmarking optimization and experience summary. The system, in line with the standards system construction modes of internationally well-known pipeline companies, which covers the full lifecycle of oil & gas pipeline construction and operation management, is a brand new attempt in the construction of an enterprise standard system on oil & gas pipeline.
