摘要 快速和准确地获取生物体的遗传信息对于生命科学研究一直具有十分重要的意义。对于每个生物体来说,基因组包含了整个生物体的遗传信息。尽管目前基因测序设备仍由国外垄断,但国内企业已经通过各种方式研发和生产基因测序设备。本文阐述了深圳华大基因通过建立国产高通量测序仪产业链标准体系,推动各项研发成果有效转化;制定与之配套的标准,以提升产品品质;积极参与国际、国家标准的制修订;覆盖全员的标准培训等一系列企业标准化活动,以确保标准全方位实施,并借助标准体系建设助推国产高通量测序仪的产业化,提升企业核心竞争力,实现高质量跨越式发展。 Obtaining the genetic information of organisms rapidly and accurately is of great significance for life science research. For each organism, the genome contains the whole genetic information of the entire organism. Although gene sequencer is still dominated by foreign countries, but domestic enterprises have developed and produced gene sequencer through various ways.This paper describes that Shenzhen BGI Tech Co., Ltd. Has driven the effective transformation of various R&D achievements through the establishment of relevant standards system on domestic high- throughput sequencer industry chain; developed relevant standards to improve product quality; actively participated in the development of international and national standards; conduct all kinds of standards training covering all employees, so as to ensure the all-round implementation of standards. The paper is expected to boost the industrialization of high- throughput sequencer through establishing the standard system, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise and achieving high-quality leap-forward development.
