钨合金在碱性环境下饱和浓盐水环境中的腐蚀试验研究及应用

摘要 为研究碱性环境下饱和浓盐水(全卤制碱)环境中镀钨合金的腐蚀行为,通过对金属管材所面临的碱性环境下饱和浓盐水中、高温高压模拟工况腐蚀试验,测试镀钨合金管材的腐蚀速率,应用高压釜测试经过钨合金防腐工艺处理的管材在上述环境下的耐腐蚀性及现场应用结果表明:镀钨合金防腐油管与P110油管相比,在同等条件下,镀钨合金防腐油管腐蚀速率比后者的腐蚀速率更低,具有更高的耐腐蚀性。 In order to research the corrosion behavior of tungsten-plating alloy under the alkaline environment and saturation strong brine (alkali production by whole bittern). This paper, according to the high temperature and high pressure simulated corrosion test for the.metal pipes under the alkaline environment and saturation strong brine, tests the corrosion rate of tungsten-plating alloy pipes. After the corrosion resistance test of pipes which using autoclave to process tungsten-plating alloy corrosion resistance technology, the results showed that tungsten-plating alloy corrosion prevention pipes have lower corrosion rate than P110 pipes under the same conditions. Thus, tungsten-plating alloy corrosion prevention pipes have better corrosion resistance.
