摘要
利用乙腈直接提取油脂中的丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二叔丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)和特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ),利用气相色谱法进行分析测定。结果表明,3种抗氧化剂加标回收率为86.9%~104.8%,BHA和BHT的最低检出限均为2 mg/kg,TBHQ的最低检出限为5 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.5%~3.2%,线性范围为1~200μg/mL,线性相关系数均大于0.999。该方法简便、快速、稳定、可靠,适用于油脂及含油脂食品中BHA、BHT和TBHQ的快速定量检测。
In this study,three antioxidants butylhydroxy anisd (BHA), butylated hydroxytoiuene (BHT), and tertiary butylhy- droquinone (TBHQ) were extracted by acetonitrile from oils directly and analyzed by gas chromatography. The recoveries of three antioxidants ranged from 86.9% to 104.8%. The results showed that the detection limits of BHA,BHT and TBHQ were 2, 2 and 5 mg/kg,respectively. The relative standard deviations were from 2.5% to 3.2%. The linear ranges were from 1 to 200 pog/mL,with their correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999. This method was simple, rapid and stable. It can be used for the fast determination of BHA, BHT and TBHQ in oil foods.
