新常态下高校学生精准资助体系构建研究

On the Construction of Targeted Aid System of College Students under the New Normal

教育公平是社会公平的体现。不断完善国家助学制度,保障每一个学生接受教育的基本权利,是推进教育公平的一项重要措施。新常态下做好高校学生资助工作需要从以下几方面入手:一是强化资助工作教师的专业化发展,为学生提供精准服务;二是加强困难学生的信息管理,构建资助对象精准定位体系;三是合理配置资助资源,充分发挥资助资源的效益性;四是营造良好的资助育人环境,切实提升育人实效。

Education Equity is an expression of Social fairness. Improving continually the State＇ s Financial Aid System is an important measure with the guarantee of fundamental educational rights of each student. Under the New Normal the financial aid for college students should begin with the following aspects：first, enhance the professional development of teachers for the financial aid work, provide targeted services for students;Second, strengthen the information management of students, construct the targeted positioning system for the students who need the aid; Third, allocate the aid resources reasonably, play fully the benefits of aid resources;Four, create a good educational environment of the financial aid, actually achieve the educational effectiveness.
