柴油机热功转换过程故障诊断方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对柴油机故障诊断问题中,某型号柴油机故障样本过少的问题,提出了基于提取仿真故障征兆的诊断方法。使用AVL BOOST软件对柴油机工作过程进行故障仿真,提取故障热力参数敏感度,根据仿真结果,以该型号柴油机的故障样本参数建立故障征兆集合,根据征兆集合设计柴油机故障诊断系统。通过故障试验验证模型的可靠性和此诊断方法的可行性。试验结果表明,该方法可行。 Aiming at the problem that the fault of diesel engine is too few in the problem of diesel engine fault diagnosis, a diagnosis method based on extraction fault is proposed. Using AVL BOOST to simulate the working process of diesel engine, the fault thermal parameter sensitivity is extracted. According to the simulation results, the failure symptom set of the model diesel engine is established. Design of diesel engine fault diagnosis system is carried out based on symptom set. The fault experiment to verify the reliability of the model and the feasibility of this diagnostic method is designed. The experimental results show that the method is feasible.
