摘要
某增压直喷汽油机,在发动机高速油门全开加速过程中,突然出现故障灯亮、动力不足的问题,造成重大安全隐患。经过大量的排查分析和试验验证,最终确定是由于点火系统电磁辐射对电子节气门线束造成干扰,导致节气门供电电压波动,ECU进入自我保护模式,车辆表现出动力不足。通过对点火线圈增加抑制电阻,从根本上解决了问题。
One TGDI gasoline engine, at high speed and full-throttle acceleration, shows the problem of malfunction light on and insufficient power which indicates hidden peril. To investigate the reason, we do a lot troubleshooting and tests. Finally we find that due to the influence of ignition system electromagnetic radiation on throttle valve wiring harness, throttle valve power supply voltage fluctuates, so throttle valve starts self-protection which leads to insufficient power. After adding controlling resistance on ignition coil, the problem is solved.
