摘要
摩托车发动机箱体中心距是影响齿轮副异响的关键因素。结合摩托车发动机箱体实际加工和装配情况,运用数理统计方法分析箱体中心距与齿轮副最小侧隙之间的关系,得出了箱体中心距与齿轮副异响关系,找到了一种箱体在设计和加工时规避的方法,解决了因发动机齿轮副侧隙偏小造成的异响问题。
The center distance of the case is the key factor that affects the abnormal noise of the gear pair. According to the actual processing and assembly of motorcycle engine case,using the method of mathematical statistics analysis of the relationship between the case center distance and the minimum backlash, the relationship of the center distance and gear pair noise was obtained. In this paper, a method which solves the problem of abnormal noise caused by the small backlash of the gear pair during design and manufacturing process.
