摘要 沙颍河自古就是中原地区军事活动、漕粮运输、商品流通的水上通道。近代以来,沙颍河航运出现轮船运输,开辟了蚌埠—正阳关—颍州的航线,沙颍河航运虽有一定的发展,但存在着新式轮船和木帆船新旧并存的局面。建国初期,沙颍河航运有较快发展。但当时政府对水资源综合利用认识不足,在沙颍河上修建闸坝等水利工程时,极少配套通航设施,致使沙颍河航运断航。进入20世纪80年代,沙颍河复航工程启动。经过30多年的努力,实现周口以下沙颍河全年通航。在国家有关部门大力支持下,在河南、安徽两省合作努力下,沙颍河必将成为豫东南、皖北地区通江达海的"黄金水道"。 Since the ancient times, Shaying River has been a waterway of the central plains area for military activities, water-transportation of tribute grain and commodity circulation. From the modern times, Ship-transportation was easily spotted along the river so that a regular water-transportation route was built to connect Bengbu city, Zhengyangguan town with Yingzhou, which to some extent contributed to the development of the waterway transportation of Shaying River. At that time there was a phase when the new types of ships coexisted with the wood junk. And it had a quick faster blossom at the early stage of the founding of the PRC. However, when constructing the water conservancy project like gate dams, the government at that time was improper on the comprehensive application of water utilization, which led to fewer matched navigation facilities to sustain the continuation of the waterway transportation of Shaying River. In the 1980s, the navigation renewal project of Shaying River was launched. With more than 30 years' efforts, Shaying River, apart from the part of Zhoukou town, was open up to a full-year navigation. Under the huge support from related national authorities and with cooperation from Ardaui and Henan Provinces, Shaying River will inevitably become the golden waterway that links southeast Henan Province and North of Anhui Province.
