党的十八大以来,安徽坚持改革创新,完善制度机制,通过"523"工程、选派"第一书记"、大学生村官计划、为民服务全程代理、"双培双带"先锋工程、"三个清单"等创新实践,推动农村基层党组织建设取得了辉煌成就,积累了宝贵经验。

Since CPC＇s 18^th national congress, the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in Anhui has made brilliant achievements, and accumulated valuable experience. These achievements, is fundamentally due to Anhui＇s adherence to reform and innovation, improving the system and mechanism and innovation practice, such as ＂523＂ project, selecting ＂the first secretary＂, the college-graduate village official plan, serving the people agencies,the pioneer project of the two trainings and two leadings,tke list of problems, rectification and responsibility, etc.
