摘要
我国高校青年教师在物质分配、心理健康、公平表达、职业发展等方面存在着权益隐性受损状况。高校青年教师权益隐性受损有多种原因。高校应制定青年教师成长计划,建立青年教师全程培养机制,畅通青年教师表达渠道,落实关爱青年教师配套措施,强化青年教师联谊群体,促进青年教师健康成长。
There are lots of recessive damages to the rights and interests of young teachers in the universities, such as material distribution, mental health, fair expression, career development, and so on. It has a variety of reasons. Colleges and universities should develop a growth plan of young teachers, set up the whole training mechanism to young teachers , Smooth expression channels of young teachers, carry out supporting measures of caring for young teachers, strengthen young teachers fellowship groups, to promote the healthy growth of young teachers.
