源起、探索、展望:高师地理科学专业卓越教师培养初探

摘要 培养卓越教师已成为各国的普遍共识,教育部也全面启动实施了卓越教师培养计划。以阜阳师范学院地理科学专业为例,全面阐述卓越教师培养的目标体系、内容体系、实现途径体系、管理体系、保障体系、评价和反馈体系。提出在今后的卓越教师培养过程中,要注意培养目标多样化,体现师范生教学技能培养的阶段性、渐进性和系统性,尝试三导师制,推进专业综合能力达标考核和师范生教学技能达标考核。 Excellem teachers training has become a universal consensus in many countries, and the MoE in China has also implemented excellent teacher training programs. Based on expounding target, content, approach, management, supporting, testing and feedback system of excellent middle school geography teachers training in Fuyang normal university, the paper points out that attention should be paid to the diversification of training goals, systematicity of students' teaching skills training, trial of the three-tutorial-system, assessment of major comprehensive ability, and of teaching skills.
