摘要
目的:探讨不同负荷运动后,大鼠T淋巴细胞活性、NK细胞毒活性、IL-1和IL-2活性指标的变化。方法:采用完全随机化的方法,按性别将SD大鼠(雄性30只,雌性30只)随机分成雄性对照组(N=10),雄性中等负荷运动组(N=10),雄性力竭运动组(N=10);雌性对照组(N=10),雌性中等负荷运动组(N=10),雌性力竭运动组(N=10)。取材后,测定大鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞活性、NK细胞毒活性和IL-2活性,大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞IL-1活性。结果:T淋巴细胞活性、NK细胞毒活性、IL-1和IL-2的变化:中等负荷运动组比对照组增强,而力竭运动组比对照组降低,皆存在显著性差异。结论:中等负荷运动可提高大鼠的免疫功能;力竭运动可降低大鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To explore the difference in these four indexes: the change of T lymphocyte activity, cytotoxic activity of NK cells and IL - 1 activity and IL - 2 activity of the male rats and female rats after the different exercise load, and to discuss the change of the indexes. Methods: using complete randomized methos, SD rats by gender (male 30, female 30 ) were divided into male group ( N = 10 ) , the male of moderate load exercise group ( N = 10), the male of exhaustive exercise group {N = 10);female control group {N = 10), female moderate load exercise group ( N = 10) , female exhaustive exercise group ( N = 10). The determination of rat spleen T lymphocyte activity, eytotoxic activity of NK cells and IL - 2 activity, IL - 1 activity of rat peritoneal macrophages. Results : the changes of T lymphocyte activity, activity of NK cells, IL - 1 and IL -2. : the moderate load group increased than the control group, and the exhausted group decreased than the control group, there was significant difference. Conclusion: moderate load exercise can strengthen the immune function of rats;exhaustive exercise can weaken the immunologic function of rats.
