摘要
运用职业决策困难分类模型和解释模型对646名在校大学生数据进行分析,考察了大学生职业决策困难的水平、人口学特征以及家庭社经地位、社会实践经历对大学生职业决策困难的影响。结果发现:(1)大学生的职业决策困难水平普遍较高且缺乏区分度;(2)女生在职业选择过程中表现出程度更高的犹豫不决,而男生则知觉到程度更高的外部冲突和自我认知困难;(3)大四年级学生表现出较低职业决策困难水平;(4)社团活动经历和家庭社经地位等传记性因素对降低大学生职业决策困难有显著积极影响。
Employing the taxonomic and interpreting model of career decision- making difficulties, the article examined the situation of career decision-making difficulties in the college students, demographic characteristics and contextual factors of the career decision-making difficulties, based on the sample made up of 646 college students. The results indicated that: (1) Chinese students are faced with the high level of career decision-making difficulties in the career selection. Moreover, the 10 scores are undifferentiated. (2) The females reported the higher level of indecisiveness, but males perceived the higher level of external conflicts and self-knowledge difficulty. (3) Senior grade is the turn point of career decision-making difficulties reduction. (4) Family socioeconomic status has significant influence on career decision-making difficulties. Society activities have positive impact and can reduce the career decision-making difficulties. The part-time experience was found on influence on reducing career decision-making difficulties.
