摘要
超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺易发生机械降解、化学降解、热降解反应 ,造成分子量下降。由于分子量高达两千万 ,只要大分子链上有几个交联点 ,就会形成水凝胶造成溶解性急剧下降。选择的条件就是尽量避免以上两个副反应的发生 ,形成超高分子量部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺。
Polyacrylamide with ultrahigh molecular weight is easily to degradate such as mechanical,chemical and thermal degradation,it make molecular weight descend.Because its MW is large to twenty millions,if macrocular chain of it have several cross-links,it may form hydrogels to make the solubility descend dramatically.The authors choose the reasonable condition to avoid the two reaction mentioned above,synthesize the part hydrolysis polyacrylamide with ultrahigh molecular weight.
