摘要 目的:研究经表面改性的钛酸钾晶须对硅橡胶软衬材料性能的影响。方法:将经硅烷偶联剂KH-570改性过的钛酸钾晶须按照1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的比例添加到硅橡胶软衬材料中作为实验组,未添加者作为对照组,对复合材料的邵氏硬度、拉伸强度进行测试,并计算拉伸伸长率。结果:随着钛酸钾晶须添加比例的增加,邵氏硬度也不断增长,拉伸强度及拉伸伸长率呈先上升后下降的趋势。当晶须的添加量为4%时综合性能最好,其邵氏硬度、拉伸强度、拉伸伸长率分别是(30.92±0.02)、(2.20±0.02)MPa和(365.93±4.28)%,P<0.05。结论:当钛酸钾晶须添加比为4%时,软衬材料综合性能达到最佳状态。 Objective: To study the surface- modified potassium titanate whisker on silicone soft lining material properties. Methods: The potassium titanate whisker modified by 3 % silane coupling agent KH- 570 was added to the soft silicone rubber liner material according to the proportion of 1%, 2 %, 3 %, 4 % and 5 % . not added as a control group. The Shore hardness, tensile strength were tested, and the tensile elongation was calculated. Results: With the increase of the amount of potassium titanate whisker, Shore hardness increased, tensile strength increased first and then decreased. When added in an amount of 4 % whiskers best overall performance, its Shore hardness, tensile strength, tensile elongation were (30.92 ±0.02), (2.20 ± 0.02) MPa and (365.93 ± 4.28) % (P〈0.05). Conclusion: When potassium titanate whisker ratio is 4 %, soft lining materials to achieve the best overall performance.
