Design of control system for vertical bagpacking machine based on motion controller

由于立式袋袋体不规则,袋体两头大小不一,存在装箱机稳定性较差的问题。通过对运动控制器的研究,采用Delta2机器人结构,开发出了一款性能稳定的全自动立式袋装箱机,为立式袋装箱机提供了一套控制解决方案。

The shape irregularity and size diversity of the vertical bags made it difficult to fill them. A stable performance of automatic vertical packaging was explored in order to solve the problems of its poor stability, based on the research of the motion controller as well as adopting the Delta2 robot structure, and this might provide a set of control solutions for the vertical packaging.
