摘要 直升机雷击分区对其进行雷电防护设计具有重要指导意义。为此,分别以雷电试验和数值仿真2种方法对H425直升机展开雷击分区研究。运用FEKO软件计算了雷电电场环境下直升机机体表面电荷分布情况,模拟分析直升机的雷击附着区域分布,绘制了直升雷击附着区域分布图。采用4.8 MV冲击电压发生器,对直升机的缩比模型进行雷击附着点试验,并根据雷击附着点的统计,分析了直升机雷击可能附着的区域。通过雷击分区研究,给出了H425直升机雷击分区图,并对直升机水平安定面进行了更精确的分区。研究结果表明:带侧端板的水平安定面在侧端板底端附着雷电的概率较大,应将其划为雷击附着区;旋翼桨毂附着雷电概率小,应将其划为雷电扫掠区。研究结果对其它型号直升机的雷电防护设计具有借鉴意义。 Lightning strike zoning(LSZ) is important to lightning strike protection of helicopter, thus LSZ on H425 heli- copter was studied by means of lightning strike test and simulation lightning strike. The charges on the surface of the helicopter in lightning electric field was calculated using the FEKO software. Then, the distribution of helicopter lightning attachment region was simulated and drawrl. Moreover, lightning attachment point tests were carried out on a scale model of helicopter by a 4.8 MV high voltage generator, and the attachment zone of the helicopter by statistic of the times of at- tached on the zones was analyzed. Based on the study of LSZ, the lightning strike zone of H425 helicopter was drawn with the detail lightning strike zone of the helicopter's horizontal stabilizer. The research results show that the probability that the horizontal surface of the side plate is relatively large and it should be classified as lightning attachment zone, the probability of the rotor hub is relatively small and it should be classified as lightning swept stroke zone. The results of the research can be used in lightning strike protection design of other helicopters.
