高校论文合作网络的多属性绩效评价方法研究

伴随中国高校规模的不断扩大,高校科研成果迅速增加。作为科研成果的主要表现形式的论文数量大幅度增加,能否通过论文对科研工作者的科研绩效进行界定就显得十分有意义。本文拟根据论文作者之间的关系,探索发表论文的科研工作者的绩效评价方法。通过构建复杂网络模型,对网络中的度、介数、聚集系数、H指数方面的网络指标进行比较分析,在得到科研业绩的量化分数基础上,利用多属性决策分析评价的方法进行研究。此方法能够有效克服主观评价因素对于绩效考核的影响。最后,通过对清华大学"十二五"期间发表的CSSCI论文进行实证分析,验证了本方法的有效性。

With the continuous expansion of China＇s universities, the rapid increase in scientific research. As the main form of scientific research, the number of papers has increased greatly, it is very meaningful to define the scientific research per- formance of scientific research workers. In this paper, according to the relationship between the author, the paper explored the performance evaluation methods of scientific research papers. Through the construction of complex network model, a comparative analysis on the network degree, betweenness, clustering coefficient, H index of the network, in the quantitative score based on the research results was conducted, so as to study multi - attribute decision- making method. This method effectively overcomed the influence of subjective evaluation factors on performance evaluate. This method was used to analyze the effectiveness of the pro- posed method in the paper published in the ＂12th Five - Year＂ of Tsinghua University in the year of CSSCI.
