摘要
为了探索湖南山核桃最适宜的播种育苗方法,以除去青皮的湖南山核桃种子为试验材料,采用L9(33)正交试验方法,在湖南省森林植物园对湖南山核桃进行播种育苗试验。结果表明:播种方法对湖南山核桃播种育苗发芽率的影响显著,其中覆土厚度的影响最大,其次是种子摆放方式,播种密度的影响最小;各因素最佳组合是覆土厚度为6 cm、种子的缝合线与地面垂直且种尖向一侧摆放、播种密度为10 cm×30 cm。这种播种方法的发芽率最高,为74.3%。
In order to explore the best sowing and seedling technique of Carya hunanensis, taking the seedling experiment conducted in Hunan Forest Botanical Garden by L9(33) orthogonal method. The results showed: There is significant influence of seedling germination rate in Carya hunanensis by different seeding methods, in which the influence of the thickness of overburden soil is the largest, and followed put way of seed, the influence of planting density is minimum. The best combination of various factors was thickness of covering soil 6 cm and the sutures of seed vertical to the ground, place a tip to one side, planting density in 10 cm × 30 cm, and the highest survival rate of germination rate is 74. 3%.
