摘要
以MQ40 t-80 m单臂架门座起重机为例,详细阐述了利用Ansys及参数化设计语言对采用分布式变幅缠绕的大型起重机臂架结构进行有限元计算的过程。通过分析和计算结果可知采用此种变幅缠绕的臂架不仅制造工艺简单,且力学性能优良,有利于优化设计及成本节约。
The paper takes the MQ40 t - 80 m single-boom portal crane as an example, and elaborates on the process of finite element calculation of distributed luffing winding boom structure of large cranes by using Ansys and parametric design language. According to analysis and calculation results, the distributed luffing winding boom is easy to manufacture and has excellent mechanical properties, which helps optimize design and lower costs.
