基于ADAMS与ABAQUS的游戏车屏幕翻转机构仿真分析

摘要 针对游戏车屏幕翻转机构的展开过程,基于ADAMS对屏幕翻转机构的动作过程进行了动力学仿真,得到驱动元件在展开过程中的受力情况。根据机构受力情况分析在翻转过程中的危险工况,基于ABAQUS有限元软件对屏幕骨架及其连接结构在各危险工况下的结构刚强度进行计算。计算结果表明,游戏车屏幕翻转机构的屏幕骨架及其连接结构刚、强度满足使用要求,在室外15 m/s的风速下结构不会破坏,为游戏车的安全使用提供了技术支持。 With respect to the deployment process of the screen rotation mechanism of game cars, dynamics simulation of the movement of the screen rotation mechanism is carried out on the basis of ADAMS, obtaining the stress state of driving element in deployment process. Dangerous working conditions in the rotation process are analyzed in accordance with the stress state, and stiffness and strength of screen frame and its connecting structure in dangerous working conditions are calculated using the finite element software ABAQUS. Calculation results indicate that stiffness and strength of screen frame and its connecting structure meet the requirements, and the structure is sound and safe when the wind speed outside is 15 m/s. The analysis provides technical support for safe use of game cars.
