摘要
利用柔性筋阶段的最大承载能力与区格的承载能力相等,分别求得加不同根筋时柔性筋向刚性筋转变的临界值,利用有限元分析软件Ansys进行分析,发现柔性筋阶段加筋板的屈曲载荷随着筋的刚度增大而增加,柔性筋阶段的最大承载能力与刚性筋阶段区格承载能力相近,当达到刚性筋阶段后,屈曲载荷变化不再随着筋的刚度增加,与理论分析结果一致,并通过理论计算与《起重机设计规范》中要求的临界值进行对比。
As the maximum bearing capacity in flexible stiffener stage is equal to the bearing capacity of zones, the critical point between the flexible stiffener and the rigid stiffener is obtained when the number of stiffener varies. Analysis by the finite element analysis software Ansys shows that the buckling load of stiffened plate in the flexible stiffener stage in- creases with the growing of the rigidity of stiffener, and the maximum bearing capacity in flexible stiffener stage is close to the bearing capacity of zone in the rigid stiffener stage. Buckling load remains constant when the rigidity of stiffener increases at the rigid stiffener stage. The results comply with those of theoretical analysis. The paper further compares the critical point with that specified in the Design Rules for Cranes through theoretical calculation.
