摘要
棒条阀门是建材、选矿、冶金等行业中根据工艺要求研制的一种结构简单、易操作的阀门。文中根据工程应用需要,研究计算棒条受力及变形量,建立棒条阀门三维模型并进行有限元分析,求出整体应变、最大等效应力和最小安全系数,验算棒条阀门设计的安全性,优化棒条阀门结构及尺寸,节省了材料,降低了成本,为实际工程中棒条阀门的设计提供参考。
Bar valve is developed to meet the process requirements of industries like the building materials industry, mineral processing industry and metallurgical industry, and it has a simple structure and is easy to operate. To facilitate the application of bar valves in engineering, the paper studies and calculates the stress and deformation of valves, and build a 3D model finite element analysis to get the whole strain, maximum equivalent stress and minimum safety factor, check the safety of the bar valve and optimize its structure and size, which helps save material, lower the cost, and provides reference for designing bar valves in practice.
