摘要
设计了一种带式输送机头部布料装置,通过改变俯仰角度来调整料流方向,可实现散状物料的给料、改向或分流,实现常规电动三通难以达到的功能,而且能够大幅减小物料转运落差,显著降低转运站及设备的造价,同时也可以降低设备运行的成本。
The paper proposes a new distributor at the head of belt conveyors, which can adjust the direction of mate- rial flow by changing the pitch angle. Moreover, the distributor can feed, diverse and distribute bulk materials, perform functions beyond the capacity of conventional electric tees, and dramatically reduce the drop height during material trans- fer, significantly lowering the construction cost of transfer stations and equipment as well as operating cost of such equipment.
