After analysis on the structure and pros and cons of different hook locking devices, a new hook locking device is designed based on requirements of the production environment. The device meets the needs of production, is less vulnerable to failure and has no security risk. Practices have proven that the new locking device is safe and reliable, and is applicable to places where the device does not need to be removed frequently.
