社区康复精神病患者生存质量与社会支持关系的研究

An investigation on the relationship between quality of life of the convalescent psychopaths in community and social supports

目的了解社区康复精神病患者的生存质量及与社会支持双系统的关系。方法采用康复期精神病患者生存质量综合评定问卷、社会支持评定量表和领悟社会支持量表,对无锡市北塘区社区康复中心工疗站的51例康复期精神病患者进行问卷调查,并与50名健康人进行对照分析。结果社区康复精神病患者生存质量、实际社会支持、领悟社会支持得分均低于健康人(P<0.01);生存质量各维度得分与实际社会支持、领悟社会支持大多数维度呈正相关(P<0.05);经济状况、参加社会活动情况、领悟家庭支持对于躯体功能有正向预测作用(P<0.05);经济状况对于心理功能有显著正向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论社区康复精神病患者总体生存质量较差,与社会支持双系统均呈正相关关系,经济状况、参加社会活动情况及领悟家庭支持是影响其生存质量的主要因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship between quality of life of the convalescent psychopaths in community and their social supports. Methods A total of 51 psychiatric patients in the rehabilitation period were recruited and investigated from the rehabilitation center of the community rehabilitation center in Beitang district,Wuxi city by using the questionnaire on the quality of life （QLS）,social support scale（SSS） and the perceived social support Scale（PSSS）. And then,they were compared with 50 healthy subjects. Results The dimension scores of QLS,SSS and PSSS of the psychiatric patients were significantly lower than those of healthy persons （P〈0.01）. The dimension scores of QLS had significantly positive relationship with most of the dimension scores of SSS and PSSS （P〈0.05）. Economic status,participation in social activities and family support showed significantly positive prediction to body function（P〈 0. 05）. Financial situation showed significantly positive prediction to mental function （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The quality of life of the convalescent psychopaths is poor,and there is a positive correlation with social support system. Economic status,participation in social activities and family support are the main factors that affect their quality of life.
