SCI艾滋病护理领域研究热点探寻

Current research hotspots on AIDS nursing in SCI database

目的了解近三年SCI数据库收录的艾滋病(AIDS)护理领域的研究热点。方法以2013~2015年发表的、被SCI数据库收录的AIDS护理领域的论文为统计来源,提取出41个关键词,利用BICOMB软件生成高频主题词共词矩阵,并使用SPSS 20.0对其进行聚类分析,结合专业判断得出AIDS护理领域的研究热点。结果 AIDS护理研究热点主题包括高危性行为的干预、儿童青少年性健康教育、老年人HIV/AIDS患者的社会支持、认知障碍、AIDS筛查、抗病毒治疗副作用、女性遭受亲密伴侣暴力与AIDS预防、HIV感染者/AIDS患者生活质量7个方面。结论建议以上7个研究主题仍然能在国内护理研究和实践中得到深入开展和重视。

Objective To search the research hotspots on AIDS nursing in SCI database. Methods Articles about AIDS nursing published in SCI journals from 2013 to 2015 were reviewed. 41 high frequency key words in this research area were extracted and BICOMB software was used to generate the co-word matrix. Clustering dendrogram was used to sta- tistically anayze the data. PASW statistics 20.0 software was used for the calculations. Combined with professional judg- ment to obtain AIDS research hotspot. Results AIDS care research topics included high-risk sexual interventions, child and adolescent sexual health education, social support for the elderly HIV/AIDS patients, cognitive disorders, AIDS screening, antiretroviral side effects, female intimate partner violence and AIDS prevention, HIV infection/AIDS quality of life in seven areas. Conclusion These results suggest that domestic counterparts in this research field need to pay close attention to 7 hotspots.
