响应面分析法优化富硒灰树花水溶性含硒蛋白的提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究富硒灰树花水溶性含硒蛋白的最优提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,以提取得率为响应值,提取温度、时间和料液比为响应因子,采用3因素3水平的响应面法分析,建立数学模型并获得最佳工艺条件。结果显示,富硒灰树花水溶性含硒蛋白的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度42.3℃,提取时间7.8 h,料液比1∶23.9(g/m L);该工艺条件下,含硒蛋白得率和含量分别为4.36%和44.01%。结果表明所得回归方程拟合情况良好,可用于预测富硒灰树花水溶性含硒蛋白的提取得率。 The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of water-soluble selenium-containing protein from selenium- enriched maitake. Based on the single factor experiments, extraction conditions including extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid-solid ratio were optimized using response surface methodology taking Se-containing protein extraction rate as responses value. The mathematical model was established. The extraction conditions were optimized. The optimal conditions were as follows: the extraction temperature was 42.3~C, extraction time was 7.8 h, and the ratio of material to water was 1:23.9 (g,/mL). In these conditions, the yield and content of se-containing protein were 4.36% and 44.01%, respectively. The experiment results of extraction ratio fit well with theoretical values. Furthermore, the established regression model can be used to predict extraction yield of selenium-containing protein in actual process.
