加味温阳利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效及对心功能的影响

Effect of Modified Wenyang Lishui Decoction on Chronic Heart Failure and Cardiac Function

目的探讨加味温阳利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对心功能的影响。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,根据自愿原则分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=48);对照组采用西药(氢氯噻嗪、依那普利、螺内酯等)抗心衰治疗,观察组在西药基础上应用加味温阳利水方治疗;持续治疗4周后观察比较两组患者中医证候疗效及心功能情况。结果观察组LVDd、NT-Pro BNP下降程度及LVEF升高幅度明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组中医证候疗效总有效率为83.33%,明显比对照组(62.50%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上应用加味温阳利水方具有改善CHF(阳虚水泛型)患者心功能的作用,能显著提高临床疗效,是治疗CHF(阳虚水泛型)的有效方。

Objective ： To study the effect of Modified Wenyang Lishui Decoction on chronic heart failure and cardiac function. Meth- ods ： 80 patients were selected as the subjects. According to the principle of free will, the patients were divided into a control group （n = 32） and an observation group （ n = 48）. The control group was treated with western medicine （ hydrochlorothiazide, enalapril, spironolac- tone） while the observation group was added Modified Wenyang Lishui Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment. After 4 - week continuous treatment, the curative effect and cardiac function of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results ： The decrease of LVDd, NT - ProBNP and increase of LVEF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the patients in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome of the observation group was 83.33%, significantly higher than that in the control group （62.50%）. The difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Wenyang Lishui Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment can improve the cardiac function and clinical effect of patients with vane deficiency water type.
