隔药饼灸对慢性肾功能衰竭兔血清TGF-β1及肾功能的影响

Effect of Medicinal Cake Partition Moxibustion on Serum TGF-β1 and Renal Function in Chronic Renal Failure Rabbits

目的探讨隔药饼灸对慢性肾功能衰竭兔血清TGF-β1及肾功能的影响。方法选取兔45只随机分成A组(空白对照组):5只;B组(模型组):10只;C组(隔药饼灸组):10只;D组(直接灸组):10只。E组(氯纱坦钾组):10只。除A组外,其余各组采用腺嘌呤灌胃致兔肾间质纤维化,建立CRF动物模型,C组运用肾衰药粉制成灸饼,艾绒制成艾柱,隔药饼灸进行干预,B、D、E组给予相应治疗,3个月后检测各组兔血清TGF-β1及肾功能、24h尿蛋白变化。结果除A组外,其余各组家兔在造模后肾功(尿素氮、肌酐)和24h尿蛋白定量均有显著升高,表明本实验用腺嘌呤造模成功。除A组外,其余各组经相应治疗后血清TGF-β1、肾功和24h尿蛋白定量均有所恢复,其中C组(隔药饼灸组)恢复较明显,与B、D、E组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义;而D、E组比较差异不明显(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论隔药饼灸能明显降低CRF兔血清TGF-β1及肾功能、24h尿蛋白定量水平,是临床治疗CRF的有效方法。

Objective ： To study the effect of Medicinal Cake Partition Moxibustion on the serum TGF - β1 and renal function in chro- nic renal failure rabbits. Methods： 50 rabbits were randomly divided into group A （blank control group）, 5 rats; group B （model group）, 10 rats; group C （cake partition moxibustion group）, 10 rats; group D （direct moxibustion group）, 10 rats; Group E （losartan potassium group）, 10 rats. Except group A, the other groups were given adenine gavage to induce renal interstitial fibrosis in rabbits for the establish- ment of CRF animal models. Group C was intervened by using renal failure powder moxibustion cake, moxa cone, and medicinal cake par- tition moxibustion. Group B, D and E were given the corresponding treatment. 3 months later, the serum TGF - 131, renal function and 24h urine protein changes of the rabbits were detected. Results： Except group A, the renal function （urea nitrogen, creatinine） and 24h urine protein of the other groups significantly increased, indicating that the modeling was successful with adenine. Except group A, the srmeu TGF -β1, renal function and 24h urine protein of the rest groups were restored after the corresponding treatment, of which group C （cake partition moxibustion group） recovered more obviously. Compared with group B, D and E, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with group D and E, the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Medicinal Cake Partition Moxibustion can significantly reduce the levels of serum TGF - β1 and renal function and 24 h urine protein in CRF rabbits, which is an effective method for clinical treatment of CRF.
