The paper analyzes the common problems and typical characteristic existing in the process of the development of thepension finance in Zhenjiang city, refers to the international experiences of the development of the pension finance, and explores therelevant countermeasures and suggestions, which is of great significance to promote the development of China＇ s pension finance.
